Cancellation policy

PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

SUBSCRIPTIONS
You may cancel your Retromotive subscription at any time. To cancel, contact 
us at wheels@retromotive.co with your order number and we will process your 
cancellation immediately.

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. Issues 
already dispatched cannot be refunded. Unused portions of annual subscriptions 
will be refunded as store credit.

PRE-ORDERS
Pre-orders may be cancelled any time before the item enters production or 
dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

DIGITAL ACCESS
Digital magazine purchases and article access are non-refundable once accessed.

ONE-TIME PURCHASES
Standard one-time purchases (magazines, apparel, merchandise) cannot be 
cancelled once the order has been confirmed and entered fulfilment. If you 
believe an error has been made, contact us immediately at wheels@retromotive.co 
and we will do our best to assist before the order is processed.
