1. LEAD TIMES AND SHIPPING POLICY
Lead times and Shipping periods:
Every Tuesday, orders are collated from the previous week and fulfilled in the Australian office. Tracking information will be automatically emailed to you, if an email has been provided. For Australian shipping addresses, please cater for two weeks. For other shipping addresses, please cater for one month. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any issues with tracking.
*Orders purchased before 17/01/2022, please cater for 2 months.
When purchasing a subscription, the subscription automatically starts with the next issue. For example, if a subscription is purchased in February 2022, the subscription automatically starts with Issue 15, which is due for release on 13/03/2022. On this date, the magazine will be sent to you. For Australian subscribers, we do a bulk mail out with Australia Post and there is no tracking, please cater for two weeks. For the rest of the world, it will also not have tracking, please cater for one month. If you’d like tracking, please email email@example.com
Delivery times may be extended during the holiday season.
*These are all worse-case scenarios, you should receive your order before this time is up.
2. Custom/duty fees and Import costs
We are a small company, and can’t keep updated information on all regions’ custom/duty fees and import costs. Therefore, we are not liable to pay for custom/duty fees and import costs. As we are a global company, we print and distribute from the China.
3. Undelivered Goods
If the courier is unable to deliver the goods to you after 2 weeks, the goods will be returned to our warehouse at our own expense. If the error was as a result of Retromotive, we will immediately re-deliver the goods to your correct address free of charge. However, if the goods has been returned to us as a result of error or inaction on your part, then, we reserve the right to pass on any additional charges that we incur for the return of the parcel to us as a result of your error or inaction and further, the additional delivery costs to have the parcel reshipped to you at your nominated address.
4. Risk of loss
Subject to the ACL, all freight and insurance costs are to be borne by the buyer and the buyer assumes any risk of loss, theft, damage or delay of goods during transit (commencing from the point at which the goods are dispatched from our premises).
The United States of America Laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Acts CCPA laws, will govern this Shipping policy, related to this website and services.
